There is no free trial — your subscription starts the day you sign up. If DispatchADAS isn't the right fit for your business, email support@dispatchadas.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full and cancel your subscription. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with and usually appear within five to ten business days. The guarantee covers the first payment of a new subscription, once per company; later renewals and pay-per-lead charges for leads you accepted are not refundable. Cancelling on your own stops future renewals but doesn't by itself issue a refund — ask us and we'll take care of it.

- What are plan limits based on?
- Technicians, shop accounts, and jobs per month. Pro and Enterprise also unlock the shop portal, inventory, document library, and advanced reporting.
- How does lead generation work?
- Subscribers can receive calibration requests routed from our network of local landing pages. It's an add-on benefit — see the lead generation page for details.
- Do you integrate with QuickBooks?
- Yes. Completed jobs become invoices that sync to QuickBooks Online, with customer and product mapping.
